This competition winning design for the 12,000sq m multi purpose leisure centre was constructed for Guildford Borough Council.

It was constructed on a green field site with strict planning constraints on height, requiring much of the accommodation to be located below ground. Facilitates include a full competition size ice rink with spectator seating, 4 separate pools for leisure, teaching, competition and diving, sports hall, squash, health and fitness, 30 lane ten pin bowling and all associated catering and administration facilities.
