The reconstruction of a health club that was completely destroyed by a fire in March 2006. The proposed new Esporta Health and Racquets club approximately covers a footprint of 130 x 100 meter comprising of indoor / outdoor pool, hydro pool, 12 indoor tennis courts, gym, spa and beauty area, crèche area and a number of out–buildings.
