The proposed development comprises of 16 numbers of town houses and two blocks of flats named as block A and B containing 34 units of flats as well as an underground car park proposed to be constructed below block B and three of the town houses.

 

The construction method used for each part of the project was carefully considered to suit the usage of the clients brief. This resulted in precast planks on load bearing masonry walls for block A, RC frame for Block B, contiguous piling for the basement car park and timber floor and load bearing masonry walls for the houses.

 

The project proved to be challenging during construction due to its location in a densely built residential area.
