This was a £25m office refurbishment and extension in a constrained Central London site.
The existing H shaped building was retained and infilled. A new steel structure created an additional 8,300 sq m2 ft of office space.
The Riverside Health & Racquets Club, Chiswick

The reconstruction of a health club that was completely destroyed by a fire in March 2006. The proposed new Esporta Health and Racquets club approximately covers a footprint of 130 x 100 meter comprising of indoor / outdoor pool, hydro pool, 12 indoor tennis courts, gym, spa and beauty area, crèche area and a number of out–buildings.
