This was a major refurbishment project for owner occupiers BPP, a law school company.

Major structural works involved the creation of an atrium and new lift shafts within the building and the extension of both wings of this ‘L’ shaped building. One of the extension elevations had a fully glazed façade. The atrium bridge structures featured glass floors.

The value of the project was £12m, Furness Green provided M&E design services.
