Construction of this large scale project for Luton Borough Council is due to commence in summer 2010. Facilities comprise; 50m competition pool with 400 seat spectator viewing, 6m deep diving pool with moveable floor, 25m training pool with moveable floor, 8 court multi sport gym, dry training centre, café and function facilities, health and conditioning suite and various studio spaces including provision for a Dojo.

Structure is typically a steel frame supported on piled foundations, with design consideration for uplift due to heave.

The project is on track to receive a BREEAM Very Good rating
