Facilities comprise:
- 50m competition pool with 400 seat spectator viewing
- 6m deep diving pool with moveable floor
- 25m training pool with moveable floor
- 8 court multi sport gym
- Dry training centre
- Café and function facilities
- Health and conditioning suite
- Various studio spaces including provision for a Dojo.
Structure is typically a steel frame supported on piled foundations, with design consideration for up lift due to heave.
The project received a BREEAM Very Good rating.
