Facilities include a 25m 8 lane swimming pool, a teaching pool, health and fitness suite, dance studio, multi-purpose room, climbing wall and associated changing and staff facilities.

 

Three storey steel frame construction with exposed glulam beams over the pool hall. The foundations are designed using a combination of contiguous piled walls to retain the adjacent highway, bored piled suspended foundations and traditional foundations on ground of variable founding capacity.
