A 14 storey, 168 bed hotel located in Leeds City Centre. The cost of the shell construction was £5 million. The standardised bedroom layout and the use of modular units above ground floor level lead to the specification of a precast concrete floor/wall system. This system was supported on an insitu reinforced concrete transfer structure at first floor level to minimise the structure and number of columns at ground floor.
