This £6.75m project involved the demolition of all the existing floors, during which a retained façade support system was installed.

The reconstruction works consisted of a lightweight steel frame with hollow rib decking and reinforced concrete slab, extending the building by another floor and also forming a glazed atrium with complete scenic lifts.

The fit–out was to a category A specification and consisted of new double glazed windows throughout, bespoke WC’s and a themed reception area.
