A new pool and leisure centre that will provide an eight lane 25m pool, a separate learner pool, spectator seating, basement plant, changing village and office/staff accommodation.

  

The superstructure is primarily constructed of steel frame with precast planks for suspended floors. The main roof rafters over the pool hall are constructed of cellform steel beams spanning up to 30 metres.
