The new Alphabeta Office Building in Finsbury Square, formerly known as the Triton Court, is complex refurbishment project involved the infill of internal and external atria, in addition to a roof extension, maximising the lettable floor area and transforming a dated building to contemporary desirable office space.
The development includes a variety of features:
- The Nine storey atrium with perspective meeting room pods
- The Court available for recreation activities
- The Roof-top terrace with panoramic views across London
- And the first in London ramp that allows cyclists to ride from street level to basement cycle store.
